- Coach and support teachers in effective strategies
- Partner with families for student progress discussions
- Assist in educational assessments and development plans
- Step in as Director designate when required Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (BEd) essential
- Required Alberta teaching certification
- Background in curriculum and child development
- Confident in coaching and mentorship
