About the Chance
- Receive all invoices and perform initial review/triage
- Enter invoices into the system accurately (Vouching)
- Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain proper filing (File Room organization)
- Process weekly vendor payments (Friday payment runs)
- Handle monthly payments for Canadian vendors
- Assist with banking activities when required
- Track and record temporary invoices on a weekly basis
- Maintain accrual tracking and ensure accuracy of balances
- Prepare invoices for customers
- Support accrual spreadsheets, calculations, and backup documentation
- Assist with month-end close and ensure records are accurate and up to date
About You
- 2+ years of full cycle AP experience
- Intermediate excel
- High volume experience, 100+ invoices a day
Nice to have:
- Manufacturing experience
Pay Range
$25 - $27 per hour
