Serving as a public resource and the largest regulator of its kind in Canada, they govern over 7,500 registered practitioners in a collaborative, dynamic, and public-focused environment.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Application Systems Developer with deep expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will maintain day-to-day operations of core information systems, drive process automation, design scalable solutions, and ensure high standards of data integrity and business intelligence across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

- System Development & Automation: Design, build, and optimize solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and Microsoft Dynamics 365, including custom workflows, plugins, and API integrations.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Develop, monitor, and execute complex data tracking tools, SQL queries, reports, and interactive dashboards for internal departments.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing systems, analyze business requirements, and recommend technical enhancements to streamline operations.
- Data Governance & Integrity: Conduct regular testing, data clean-up, and accuracy checks across Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform to resolve discrepancies and maintain reliable datasets.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide technical, procedural, and statistical support to internal team members and collaborate cross-functionally to improve system visibility and security.

Must Haves

- Education:



Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in information systems administration and development, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (administration, customization, workflow automation, plugins, and API integrations).
- Strong SQL background for data querying, analysis, and report generation.
- Deep proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas, macros) and Microsoft Access (queries, VBA, reports).
- Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, ability to manage sensitive data with discretion, and a collaborative mindset within a small team environment.

Nice to Haves

- Experience within a non-profit, healthcare, regulatory, or public sector environment.
- Knowledge or experience in Project Management methodology.
- Experience collaborating with external partners or technology vendors.
- Bilingualism in English and French.

Other Important Information
- Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 per year, based on experience.
- Work Location & Model: Hybrid arrangement. Office is conveniently situated at Bay Street in downtown Toronto, steps from Union Station and the PATH.
