Meilleur Plumbing is seeking a motivated and reliable Plumbing Apprentice to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing while working alongside experienced journeyperson plumbers.

Qualifications

- Valid drivers licence and reliable transportation
- Physical endurance and strength (must be able to lift 40lbs or more repeatedly and work in various weather conditions)
- Basic hand-tool and power-tool experience
- Comfortable with confined spaces and heights
- Reliable, punctual, and professional




- Proficiency in basic plumbing skills, including pipe installation, and system diagnostics
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code (preferred)
- Enrollment in the Ontario Plumbing Apprenticeship (309A) (preferred)
- Customer service ability & experience

Responsibilities:
- Support drain cleaning, leak detection, and troubleshooting under journeyperson plumbers
- Support journeyperson plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential or commercial plumbing systems
- Follow instructions and contribute to efficient workflows
- Represent the company positively on job sites and with customers
- Complete daily documentation, work orders, or job notes as required
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean and working condition
- Help ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training, skills development and apprentice hours tracking
