Duties

- Assist with routine vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs under supervision
- Use hand tools, power tools, and schematics to support mechanic tasks
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks necessary for vehicle assembly and maintenance
- Learn to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics for troubleshooting
- Support the team in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining workshop tools and equipment
- Participate in safety procedures including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Contribute to customer service by ensuring vehicles are handled with care and professionalism

Experience





- Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required; a robust desire to learn is essential
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with automotive systems preferred
- Experience with welding, assembly, or working with hand tools is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair tasks
- Familiarity with schematics or technical diagrams is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service
- Prior mechanic experience or training in automotive repair is a plus but not mandatory
