Love great food, good people, and a fast-paced environment? Steve’s Poké Bar in Squamish is looking for a Full time Assistant Manager to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, energetic, organized, and ready to take ownership. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be an important part of running a busy restaurant.

What You’ll Do• Help lead the team during daily operations

- Provide great customer service and create a positive guest experience
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Help manage opening and closing procedures
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met
- Handle cash, payments, and daily operational responsibilities
- Help with scheduling and maintaining appropriate staffing levels
- Assist with inventory, food prep, ordering, and waste control
- Keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy periods
- Step in and lead the team when the Store Manager is away

What We’re Looking For• Previous restaurant or leadership experience is an asset
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions




- Able to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- FoodSafe Level 1, or willing to obtain it
