Responsibilities

- Assist the Shop Manager in overseeing daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service deliver
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining sorting options, and fostering positive relationships
- Lead sales efforts through upselling additional services and maintenance packages to maximize revenue opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including invoicing and payment processing, while maintaining proper records




- Coordinate workflow by scheduling appointments, managing parts inventory, and ensuring timely completion of repairs
- Supervise and motivate shop staff, promoting a collaborative setting focused on continuous sales and service management
- Hands-on scrap metal
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive setting
- Experience in upselling services and handling cash transactions processes, parts inventory management, and safety protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage daily operations effectively
