Tireworld Inc. is looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Assistant Shop Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Shop Supervisor to oversee daily garage and retail operations, ensure quality tire and automotive services, and lead a team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Support: Assist the Shop Supervisor in managing day-to-day shop workflows, assigning repair orders, and maintaining shop productivity.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance, training, and support to tire technicians and service staff. Step in to lead the team in the supervisor's absence.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Inspect work completed by technicians to ensure it meets Tireworld standards and safety guidelines. Enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Inventory & Equipment Control: Help monitor inventory levels for tires, shop supplies. Ensure tools and service equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



3+ years of experience in tire service, automotive repair, or a related service environment. Prior lead or supervisor experience is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of tire mounting, balancing, rotations, flat repairs, and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and team-building abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent (automotive certifications like ASE are a plus).

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 47.5 – 52.5 per week
