The Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Dentist with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about providing comprehensive dental care, enjoys building strong relationships with patients, and works well as part of a collaborative dental team. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide a broad range of general dentistry services and be comfortable working with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients
- Provide a wide range of general dentistry procedures
- Perform restorative procedures, including fillings and crowns
- Perform extractions and other minor oral surgical procedures
- Provide endodontic treatment, including root canals
- Provide removable prosthodontic treatment, including dentures
- Provide implant-related treatment
- Perform preventive services, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants




- Review and interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic records
- Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and the administrative team
- Provide a high standard of patient care and ensure patient comfort throughout treatment
- Stay current with dental technology, techniques, and best practices
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical records

What We Are Looking For
- DDS degree from an accredited dental program
- Licensed and in positive standing with the RCDSO
- Robust clinical and communication skills
- Excellent patient relationship and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Comfortable using modern dental technology

Schedule: Permanent Fridays + temporary Sunday coverage for approximately 5 weeks.
