Formula is an AI-native growth agency helping D2C health and e-commerce brands build, test, and optimize high-converting growth funnels. We work across onsite conversion and lifecycle marketing: from strategy and design through implementation, experimentation, and measurement, to help brands improve how they acquire, convert, and retain customers.

Formula is a small, venture-funded startup growing quickly alongside our clients and team. As we grow, we’re staying AI-native by default, using AI to give a small team the leverage to accomplish what traditionally requires a much larger organization. The Role:

We’re looking for an Associate Growth Product Manager to develop growth strategies for Formula and our clients and turn them into structured, measurable experiments. You’ll own experiments from idea and specification through build, analysis, and readout, working alongside account managers and clients to understand what worked and what we should do next.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is analytical, communicates clearly, learns quickly, and wants meaningful ownership early in their career. Prior product management experience is valuable, but not required; we care more about your judgment, execution, and ability to use AI tools effectively.

What You'll Own:

- Experiment strategy: Turn growth opportunities into clear experiment specs defining what we’re testing, why, for whom, and how we’ll measure success.
- Build & launch: Create landing pages, variants, email flows, and other growth assets using Formula’s tools and AI agents.
- Analysis & recommendations:



Analyze experiment performance, determine what the data does and doesn’t support, and recommend what to do next.
- Experiment roadmaps: Manage test backlogs and priorities across client accounts, keeping experiments moving from idea through measurable result.
- Communication & collaboration: Create clear experiment readouts and work with clients, account managers, designers, engineers, and other team members to turn insights into action.

What We're Looking For:

- Analytical thinking: You’re comfortable working with data, interpreting results, and using evidence to make decisions.
- Transparent communication: You can explain your thinking clearly in writing and turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
- High ownership: You’ve shipped meaningful work, take responsibility from idea through result, and consistently follow through.
- Fast learning: You’re curious, resourceful, and able to quickly understand unfamiliar tools, problems, and industries.
- AI fluency: You actively use AI tools to improve the quality and speed of your work.
- Relevant experience: Experience with DTC/e-commerce, growth, experimentation, lifecycle marketing, Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, SQL/data analysis, design, or client-facing work is valuable. We don’t expect you to have experience in all of them.

Compensation & Location:

- Compensation: $80,000–$115,000 CAD base + equity, depending on experience/qualifications, for Canada-based candidates.
- Location: Remote within Canada, with a preference for candidates based in or near Toronto.
- Employment: Full-time.
