Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation in various structures to enhance energy efficiency and comfort. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, proficiency in using hand tools. The Insulator will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure high-quality installations.

Duties

- Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and floors according to specifications and building codes. (Mostly just attics with the odd job being something else)
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred. but training can be provided
- Knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Must be fit and flexible with the ability to fit into tight spaces when necessary
- Class 5 driver’s license and ability to arrive where our truck is parked on time to start the day
- Reliability is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
