Compensation: Competitive salary and compensation package, tailored to qualifications AMC Insurance Brokers is hiring a full-time Korean-Speaking Auto Insurance Advisor to join our Coquitlam teams. We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven team player with a Level 1 or Level 2 BC Insurance license and expertise in ICBC’s Policy Center.

This prospect is ideal for an adept insurance professional with a minimum of 1 year of ICBC Autoplan experience and fluency in Korean who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ICBC Autoplan transactions, renewals, and policy changes using ICBC Policy Center
- Provide expert guidance on auto insurance options, coverage details, and registry services
- Cultivate enduring, trust-based relationships with clients and community members
- Deliver exceptional customer service and clear insurance counsel in both Korean and English




- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in internal brokerage systems
- Handle transactions efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Language: Proficiency in Korean (required)
- Licensing: Minimum Level 1 BC General Insurance license (or willingness to obtain with our support; preference for those holding or working towards a Level 2 license)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of ICBC Autoplan experience
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ICBC Autoplan, including Policy Center operations (familiarity with ICBC Batching is an advantage)
- Communication: Proficient written and verbal English and Korean communication skills
- Client Focus: Innate ability to cultivate enduring client relationships and deliver outstanding service
