We are seeking a motivated and skilled Autobody Technician / Automotive Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition through expert collision repair and painting techniques. Your craftsmanship will ensure that each vehicle meets our high standards for quality, safety, and appearance.

Duties

- Perform collision repairs on vehicles, including structural realignment and component replacement
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply primer, paint, and clear coats with precision using spray guns and other power tools
- Conduct thorough inspections of repaired areas to ensure quality standards are met
- Use hand tools and heavy lifting equipment safely to disassemble and reassemble vehicle parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times




- Collaborate with team members and management to complete repairs efficiently and accurately

Skills

- Proven dealership experience or extensive automotive repair background
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and spray painting equipment
- Ability to lift heavy parts safely and handle physically demanding tasks
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment
- Mechanic experience is highly desirable for understanding complex vehicle structures
