Location: Aurora, Ontario

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $2,500 / month (Base Salary) + [Optional: Performance Bonuses / Commission]

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Automotive Detailer & Window Tint Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for providing top-tier window tinting and detailing services to ensure our clients receive flawless results.

Key Responsibilities

- Window Tinting: Clean, measure, cut, heat-shrink, and apply automotive window film accurately without bubbles, peeling, or debris.
- Auto Detailing: Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing, including vacuuming, steam cleaning, stain removal, washing, and clay bar treatment.
- Vehicle Preparation: Prep surfaces properly for film application and cleaning.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished vehicles to maintain high standards before customer delivery.




- Shop Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and keep track of tools/supplies.

Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in automotive window tinting and auto detailing.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous work ethic with a commitment to high-quality results.
- Reliability: Punctual, hard-working, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required with a clean driving record.

Bonus Skills (Assets)
- Paint Correction / Polishing: Machine polishing, swirl removal, and paint restoration experience.
- Paint Protection Film (PPF): Experience installing ceramic coatings or PPF is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $2,500 per month
- Schedule: Full time (Monday – Friday / Saturday as needed)

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
