Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional, professional, and personalized customer service throughout the sales process.
- Understand customer needs and help them select vehicles that suit their lifestyle and budget.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and confidently explain features, benefits, and value.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales opportunities in person and over the phone.
- Complete vehicle sales transactions accurately and in accordance with dealership procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom.
- Stay current on vehicle models, features, and product knowledge.




- Contribute to a positive team environment while meeting individual and dealership sales objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Valid OMVIC certification (required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous automotive sales experience (preferred).
- Strong English communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Skilled phone etiquette and customer engagement skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Bilingual communication skills are considered an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
