Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales through effective upselling and technical knowledge. Duties

- Manage the daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient scheduling

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and service advisors to achieve performance goals

- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs, explaining repair options, and ensuring satisfaction

- Oversee automotive repair processes, ensuring all work meets quality standards and safety regulations

- Drive sales through effective upselling of services and parts while maintaining integrity and transparency with customers

- Handle cash transactions accurately, including invoicing and payment processing





- Monitor departmental performance metrics, such as productivity, profitability, and customer feedback

Experience

- Automotive experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair procedures and mechanical systems

- Hands-on mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians and diagnose issues

- Demonstrated success in sales, upselling services, and enhancing customer relationships

- Experience managing a team within an automotive service environment

- Knowledge of automotive repair software and cash handling procedures is preferred

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients

Pay: $52,316.32-$100,000.00 per year
