Duties

- Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and payments
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in all food preparation and serving areas
- Assist in training and supervising team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure adherence to food handling regulations, cleanliness protocols, and safety procedures





Requirements

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or kitchen operations is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Solid time management skills to handle fast-paced service periods efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment and follow directions closely

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
