About Dabble

Dabble makes high-protein, gluten-free, low-sugar donuts that are stocked in 120+ retail doors across Canada, including Whole Foods, Save-On-Foods, Sobeys, Fresh St. Market, Loblaws, and Nature's Fare — with more on the way. We're a fast-growing, founder-led food brand based in West Kelowna, and we're looking for an experienced baker to join our production team.

The Role

As a Baker, you'll be at the heart of creating our products from the ground up — scaling, mixing, and baking every batch of Dabble donuts to spec, consistently and efficiently, while meeting our food safety and quality standards. Every donut that comes out of the oven reflects your craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and bake a variety of Protein Donut flavours
- Scale and mix ingredients to produce batters and doughs
- Ensure products are baked to the correct temperature and texture
- Follow recipes and quality standards to keep every batch consistent
- Work efficiently within the production line to meet and exceed daily production targets without compromising quality
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure each donut meets our standards for appearance and finish
- Support workflow efficiency and consistency across all production processes
- Maintain a clean, organized,



food-safe workstation in line with CFIA requirements
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Bring positive energy to the kitchen

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of baking and food preparation experience, ideally in a high-volume bakery or food production environment
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing a consistent product
- Comfortable on your feet for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills; reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- MUST be available on weekends — Saturday and Sunday shifts are required. Holiday availability is also required.

- Job Type: Part-time
- Hours: 10–40 hours per week
- Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Location: In person, West Kelowna, BC
