Champion Sports Academy is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Badminton Coach to grow with us. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants consistent hours, leadership opportunities, and long-term growth in a professional sports environment.

We are hiring a Badminton Coach who will lead coaching sessions, run summer camps, and support multi-sport programs.

You will be responsible for coaching kids (4+ years) to adults through:

- Group lessons
- Semi-private lessons
- Private lessons

You will also play a key role in planning and running summer camp programs, ensuring a fun, structured, and high-energy environment for all participants. In addition, you may be required to assist in other sports programs such as tennis or pickleball when support is needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured and engaging badminton coaching sessions
- Coach all ages and skill levels (beginner to advanced)
- Lead and run summer camps, including daily activity planning
- Create a safe, fun, and motivating environment




- Assist with multi-sport activities (tennis, pickleball, etc.)
- Collaborate with coaching staff and support academy programs
- Track student progress and provide feedback

Requirements

- Highly skilled badminton player with experience competing at a good/competitive level
- Proven teaching/coaching experience required
- Ability to coach both kids and adults
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented
- Summer camp experience is an asset

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.20-$25.00 per hour
