You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and preparing and serving high quality beverages.

Responsibilities:

- Customer Service Excellence:
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and approachable demenor
- Provide information on all menu items; ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries

- Barista Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, adhering to our established recipes- Upsell bakery items to increase customer experience- Package and stock/restock inventory of bread, pastry and retail products

- Cash Handling
- Accurate handling of cash- Maintain a balanced cash register and follow cash-handling procedures- Maintain a clean and organized workspace,



following establishments sanitation and hygiene practices- Ensure all equipment is in clean and in working order; report any equipment malfunctions/ maintenance to management immediately- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service- Communicate with other team members to coordinate orders and ensure timely service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or barista role is required
- Strong coffee preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Organized and good time- management skills
- Able to work early mornings, weekend and holidays as needed
- Multi- task and work in a team workplace
- English language communication skills

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
