Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations when needed.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Follow proper food safety protocols,



including safe handling of ingredients and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.

Pay: $17.60-$22.50 per hour
