Job Summary

Seeking an experienced professional barista at our busy bakery/cafe in downtown Victoria 2-4 days a week including some weekend work. Ideally Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday,

This is not a training position. Must be fast, very friendly and remain calm under pressure. Latte art a big plus.

We are a small, tight knit team. Our in-house atmosphere is upbeat and positive, with friendly, mostly repeat customers.

$18/hour plus $7-9/hour in tips

Requirements

- Previous experience working as a barista is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: $18.25 per hour
