Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders efficiently.

Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.

Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support kitchen operations and uphold food safety standards.

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment to ensure a safe and inviting environment.

Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly without compromising quality.





Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!

Barista experience is highly desirable, especially familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.

Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus.

Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards.

Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
