We are looking for a friendly and attentive sauna hosts and baristas!

Our ideal candidate is capable for working both sides of the job - the cafe barista side and the sauna studio side. However, we'll schedule staff to work primarily one side or the other.

Experienced baristas are highly preferred!

Currently we are hiring a whole new team for our upcoming Squamish location. Tentative opening is end of October.

We require availability for evenings and weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday).

Your role is foundational to what we do here. You are not just running a space — you are becoming a sauna stoker, a cold tub guide, a space curator, and a hot-cold educator. Most importantly, you are becoming a holder of experience.

For Sauna Hosts:

It’s about showing up on point, with warmth and precision.

At Tality, attention to detail is everything. The lighting. The towel placement. The volume of the music. The steam level, heat, and conversational volume in the sauna. The arrangement of the lounge. The scents. The cleanliness. The pour of the drink. These things may seem small, but together, they create the invisible structure that guests feel — even if they can’t explain why.

Outstanding hospitality is about creating an experience people want to return to again and again. That takes consistency, care, and a genuine desire to serve, and cultivate a culture that people feel good in. Even the friendliest host can lose trust if things are out of place. Likewise, the most polished setup will fall flat without a friendly, welcoming energy. We need both.





That’s why we're big on hosts with attention to detail who can follow checklists. We'll help you build a solid foundation — so the details become second nature, and your full presence can shine. You’ll be expected to follow these resources closely until excellence becomes your baseline.

This isn’t about perfection — it’s about care. We’re building something special here, and it starts with you.

Generally, tasks will include turning on the sauna, preparing the cold tubs, cleaning cold tub filters, vacuuming/skimming cold tub debris, monitoring cold tub water cleanliness, putting kegs of kombucha on-tap, igniting propane appliances, giving orientation, guest check-in, reception desk services, fulfilling point of sale, managing laundry including transporting laundry between our two studio locations, space organization, managing transitions, tending our plants, and troubleshooting potential issues on the fly.

For Baristas:

We're new to the cafe space and would love to hire experienced Baristas to help us operate the cafe side.

We'll be taking applications in until October 5th, and scheduling interviews for the following weeks. Please note, our Cafe will be a tip-free cafe, with wages starting at $25/hr and go up from there.
