The Bartender advises guests, takes orders, and prepares and serves food and beverages at the bar. They also collaborate with other members of the front-of-house team to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Set up and organize the bar to ensure all necessary products and equipment are available;

- Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner;

- Take orders from guests and servers;

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;

- Prepare bills and process payments;

- Conduct bar inventory and order replacement stock as needed;

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar;

- Assist the dining room service team when required;





- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the same or a similar position;

- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, and coffee beverages;

- Outstanding customer service skills;

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team;

- Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced environment;

- Availability to work evenings and weekends;

- Strong organizational skills;

- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.
