- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews for candidates
- Coordinate job postings and maintain recruitment standards
- Organize career fairs and recruitment events
- Draft job ads that accurately represent roles
- Conduct exit interviews and manage feedback loops Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Bilingual in English and French essential
- 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting or event planning
- Strong tech skills in ATS and MS Office
