Graham is actively recruiting a BIM/VDC Specialist to join our Buildings team and support the successful delivery of complex construction projects through the effective use of BIM, VDC, coordination, visualization, and digital construction technologies.

The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, Estimating, Design Teams, Consultants, and Trade Partners to integrate BIM/VDC into the construction process and improve coordination, constructability, planning, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities - From Office to Site:

- Lead and support BIM/VDC coordination throughout the project lifecycle using tools such as Revit, Navisworks & Revizto including model setup, federation, exports, and as-built documentation.
- Develop and maintain project BIM Execution Plans, LOD requirements, coordination workflows, and BIM standards in alignment with projects Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and trade models and identify clashes, constructability issues, and installation constraints.
- Facilitate coordination meetings and track issues through resolution.




- Support project teams with 4D planning, construction sequencing, logistics, and visualization.
- Support site teams with BIM-based construction information and problem solving. Develop coordination views, details, and visualizations to support field operations teams.
- Integrate reality capture, drone data, point clouds, and site documentation into project workflows where applicable.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor BIM/VDC performance and project coordination metrics.
- Support quantity verification, model-based takeoffs, and other VDC applications.

Role Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in BIM/VDC, construction coordination, or digital construction, preferably with a General Contractor.
- Construction experience with Buildings projects such as healthcare, institutional, long term care facilities, commercial or industrial facilities.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, constructability, and trade coordination.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary models and trade partners.
- Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with BIM standards, BEPs, LOD requirements, and CDE workflows.
- Experience with 4D planning, reality capture,



or data analytics is considered an asset.

Compensation:

- Salary Range $90,000 to $115,000 per annum, depending on experience, technical capabilities, and construction/VDC background.
- Three weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience.
