All Pro Detailing is a growing mobile boat detailing company serving Southwestern Ontario. We're building a reputation for quality work and a solid crew culture, and we're looking to add a hands-on team member for the season.

What You'll Be Doing

- Compounding and polishing fiberglass boat hulls and surfaces
- Operating rotary and dual-action power tools safely and effectively
- Working at heights on ladders and boat staging around vessels of varying sizes
- Following proper prep, product application, and safety procedures on each job
- Working as part of a small crew, often outdoors, in a physically demanding role

What We're Looking For
- Comfortable and experienced using power tools (rotary polishers, buffers, etc.)
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Physically able to handle a demanding, hands-on outdoor job
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work




- An interest in boats/yachts, or just enjoys being around the water — you'll be working on and around them all season
- Boat detailing, auto detailing, or similar surface-finishing experience is an asset but not required — we'll train the right person
- Valid driver's license (reliable transportation to job sites/marinas)
