Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Boutique Resort Manager role based in Coboconk Ontario.

The Boutique Resort

Manager will oversee day-to-day resort operations, including guest services, front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, and property upkeep.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, supervising staff scheduling and performance, monitoring budgets and expenditures, and ensuring that all guest experiences align with the company’s high service standards. The role involves working closely with vendors and service providers, maintaining compliance with safety and hospitality regulations, and implementing initiatives to drive occupancy, revenue,



and customer satisfaction.

The Boutique Resort

Manager will also handle escalated guest concerns, lead hiring and training efforts, and continuously improve resort offerings based on guest feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of delivering high-quality guest experiences.
- Experience in Property Management, including oversight of facilities, maintenance coordination, and presentation of resort spaces.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and basic financial management to monitor costs, optimize revenue, and support operational decisions.
- Experience Hiring, training, and supervising staff in a hospitality or service-focused environment.
- Previous management experience in boutique hotels, resorts, or similar hospitality settings is highly beneficial.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities calmly.
- Comfort with using reservation systems and basic office software; familiarity with hospitality technology platforms is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support resort operations.
