Luxury Boutique Concierge

Mode Intima is seeking an exceptional Boutique Concierge to join our team.

We are a new luxury bra fitting boutique in the heart of Ice District in Downtown Edmonton.

We are looking for a polished, warm and highly attentive individual to oversee the front-of-boutique client experience.

This is not a bra fitting position. Instead, you will work alongside our fitting team to ensure the boutique operates seamlessly and every client feels welcomed, recognized and exceptionally well cared for.

The Role

As our Boutique Concierge, you are the first and final point of contact for our clients.

You will welcome each client into the boutique, understand the purpose of their visit, manage the flow of appointments and walk-ins, coordinate pickups and purchases, and communicate closely with our fitting team.

Much of what makes exceptional service feel effortless happens quietly in the background. You will be an important part of making that happen.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing a warm, polished and personalized welcome to every client
- Learning client names and ensuring each person is acknowledged promptly
- Managing the flow of appointments, walk-ins and waiting clients
- Coordinating seamlessly with our fitting team so clients are cared for at the appropriate time
- Preparing and facilitating client pickups
- Processing purchases and payments with accuracy and discretion
- Answering general boutique questions and confidently directing fitting-specific needs to our specialists
- Maintaining an immaculate, refined and welcoming front-of-boutique environment
- Anticipating client needs
- Handling busy periods with composure, discretion and attention to detail




- Supporting the boutique team wherever needed to maintain our standard of service

Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, fine dining, concierge service, beauty or another high-touch client setting would be an asset. Bra fitting experience is not required.

Schedule: 15-20 Hours/week between the hours of 10:30am-5pm Monday through Friday

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 30.0 per week
