Pasquia Agro Services is currently seeking an Operations Manager to work jointly with the Branch Manager to drive the success of our Porcupine Plain branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires solid leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

- Loading and unloading trucks
- Operation and general maintenance of fertilizer blending plant
- Shipping, receiving, and inventory managment
- NH3 equipment maintenance and upkeep
- General yard maintenance

Skills

- Ability to work as a team and also independently
- Proficient in task and time managment
- Punctual
- Willingness to learn
- Class 1A or 3A license would be an asset

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
