We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of retail operations, and the ability to provide expert guidance on our product offerings. This role involves engaging with diverse customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized retail environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed product information, including effects, dosages, and usage instructions
- Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, sales processing, and inventory management
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organized merchandising area adhering to company standards
- Manage inventory levels through proper filing and stock replenishment procedures
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in-person communication




- Ensure compliance with all AGCO regulations

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service roles; prior experience as a Budtender is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for merchandising and filing tasks
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining excellent customer relations
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to work well within a team environment
