- Salary 23.00 to 25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 10 to 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

Tasks

- Clean ducts, vents and filters of furnaces
- Clean building exterior, tanks, chimneys and industrial equipment
- Clean interior and exterior of motor vehicles
- Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces
- Wax and polish floors
- Provide customer service
- Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
- Perform minor property maintenance
