About the Role

We are expanding our Strategic Operations team and hiring two Business Consultants to drive portfolio Strategy, business case development, workforce planning, and operational decision-making. While both roles operate within the same strategic function, we are seeking two distinct profiles:

- Role 1 (Generalist & Problem-Solver): Focused on unstructured problem-solving, financial modeling, cross-functional analytical deep-dives, and translating operational data into strategic insights.

- Role 2 (Strategic Leader): Focused on driving consensus across senior stakeholder groups, leading multi-disciplinary project teams, and guiding execution across high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Portfolio Management: Oversee and optimize the financial portfolio, ensuring alignment with broad organizational goals and target returns.

- Business Case Development: Build, analyze, and present comprehensive business cases and ROI models for key capital investments and strategic initiatives.

- Workforce & Resource Optimization: Partner with leadership to design workforce management strategies, operational capacity models, and resource allocation frameworks.

- Cross-Functional Execution: Work across business units to identify operational bottlenecks, design end-to-end solutions, and lead change management efforts.





- Executive Briefing: Prepare clear, data-driven deliverables, strategic roadmaps, and briefs for senior executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Qualifications & Core Competencies

- Common Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 4–7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise portfolio management, or financial planning.

- Proven track record in financial modeling, business case design, and strategic workforce planning.

- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and capital budgeting processes.

Required Skills

- Profile 1 Focus (Generalist / Problem-Solver):

- Exceptional analytical agility—able to dissect complex data sets, frame ambiguous problems, and deliver actionable frameworks rapidly.

- Deep financial literacy with hands-on experience structuring complex quantitative models.

Preferred Skills

- Profile 2 Focus (Strategic Leader):

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence leadership without direct authority, and negotiate outcomes across executive levels.

- Solid strategic communications background with a track record of driving change initiatives to completion.
