From first contact to signed contract, you’ll drive the growth of our service network — opening doors with property managers, realtors and commercial clients, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

- Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities across target markets
- Building a steady pipeline through cold calls, email, LinkedIn and referrals
- Booking and running discovery calls, site visits and client meetings
- Preparing quotes, proposals and presentations tailored to each client's needs
- Negotiating terms, closing deals and handing off cleanly to the operations team
- Building long-term relationships with property managers, realtors and facility teams
- Tracking market and competitor activity to sharpen our offer and pricing
- Test and iterate on layouts to improve conversion
- 1–3+ years in B2B sales, business development or account management
- Confident on the phone and in person — cold outreach doesn't scare you




- Clear, persuasive communication; additional languages are an asset
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Self-driven: you plan your week, own your numbers and follow up without reminders
- Experience selling services (home services, trades, property management) is an asset
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally is an asset
