- Be able to read and understand detailed architectural and shop drawings
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a cabinet maker
- Be capable of fabricating complex and radius components
- Have experience meeting AWMAC industry standards for construction methods and techniques
- Own his/her own basic tools.
