Overview

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Makers to join our dynamic construction and manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and woodwork that meet precise specifications. Your expertise will contribute to creating functional, beautiful, and durable cabinetry for residential, commercial, or restoration projects.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to produce accurate cabinetry and woodwork.
- Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and woodworking equipment to cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinets.
- Measure spaces accurately and perform installation of cabinets, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, finishing, painting, or staining to achieve desired aesthetic results.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate installation schedules and ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment by following safety protocols related to heavy lifting, rebar installation, drywall handling, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing, siding, caulking, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, concrete forming, and restoration tasks.




- Assist with material estimation and ordering to ensure timely project progress while minimizing waste.

Requirements

- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or cabinet making within construction or manufacturing settings.
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, chisels, drills; power tools including routers and sanders; CNC machinery is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction processes including drywall installation, flooring setup, tile laying, siding application, roofing techniques, plumbing basics, electrical experience, and caulking methods.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices for materials and labor costs.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Valid construction experience with a broad skill set that may include handyman tasks or assembly work is highly desirable.
