Monument Group delivers land development and infrastructure projects across Ontario, from municipal servicing and site plans to complex survey and design work. Our team of engineers, technologists, and surveyors works closely together, and CAD Technologists play a central role in turning field data and design intent into the drawings that move projects forward.

We're looking for a CAD Technologist to join our growing team. You'll work directly with senior engineers and field staff, take on real responsibility early, and see your drawings carried through from design to construction. Responsibilities

- Completion of drawings using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Assist with the preparation of technical reports and other engineering documents
- Liaise closely with senior team and field staff
- Participating in project team meetings and coordinating with team members to ensure efficient and timely delivery of project deliverables
- Process topographic survey data for design and drafting

Required Knowledge & Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD software




- Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering considered an asset
- Proficiency in the use Microsoft Office and other related software
- Knowledge of construction methods, equipment and technologies related to design and construction including reading and interpreting, engineering drawings and specifications
