As an Outreach Worker, your mission will focus on providing support and advocacy for clients facing housing instability, addiction issues, and mental health challenges.

This role involves developing flexible action plans, providing extensive support services, and ensuring clients' basic needs are met while promoting their independence. You will also be responsible for record-keeping and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist adults in securing secure living arrangements
- Collaborate to create individualized action plans




- Administer crisis intervention and additional support services
- Document client interactions and maintain necessary records
- Ensure safety and compliance while driving company vehicles Requirements:
- Related diploma or a minimum of two years' experience
- Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 certificate required
- Class 5 Driver's License and clean driver abstract
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities
