Are you experienced in capital market risk management and looking to support a new project?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Capital Market Risk Analyst-Collateral/CFA/FRM. This position involves managing counterparty credit risk within collateral management, supporting a new business line focused on US treasuries and collateralized loans, with opportunities for long-term engagement and professional growth.

Pay rate range (CAD): $46.47/hr – $55.77/hr

Responsibilities

- Monitor client portfolios daily and issue collateral calls to mitigate credit risk
- Ensure accurate entry of margin tickets into collateral systems
- Interact extensively with clients to resolve collateral issues and disputes
- Conduct process reviews aligned with global short-term markets policies
- Reconcile repo collateral statements and address margining disputes
- Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and risk management
- Stay informed of market risk developments impacting exposures
- Perform control functions to maintain process integrity
- Foster an environment respectful of individual policies and guidelines

Desired Skill-Set

- 5+ years of capital markets or collateral management experience
- Strong fixed income knowledge, especially in central clearing
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs,



pivot tables)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with high initiative, quick learner, adaptable
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills capable of working within a large team including senior managers
- CFA or FRM certification (asset)

Nice to Have

- Experience working in a similar risk mitigation role
- Knowledge of collateralized loan and repo markets
- Prior experience supporting new project initiatives
