Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, woodworking, cabinetry installation, and siding application with precision and attention to detail
- Install drywall, flooring, tiles, roofing materials, siding, and other building components to meet project specifications
- Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and basic plumbing or electrical tasks as needed for comprehensive renovations
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently throughout each project phase
- Assist with construction estimating by assessing materials and labor requirements for upcoming projects




- Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Skills

- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Extensive experience with drywall installation, flooring setup, tile laying, roofing, siding, and caulking techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and heavy lifting equipment safely
- Knowledge of masonry practices including concrete forming and rebar installation
- Skilled in woodworking tasks such as cabinet installation and general carpentry projects
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes for materials and labor costs
- Experience with plumbing or electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory; handyman experience is advantageous
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical instructions clearly for precise execution
- Construction experience across multiple trades including restoration work is highly valued
