Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
- Load and unload construction materials and tools safely and efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding or passing tools, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing waste and hazards regularly
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations




- Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision when required
- Help with site logistics such as moving materials around the site or assisting with minor repairs

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
- Willingness to learn current skills and take on diverse responsibilities
