Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and maintain precise cash drawer balances
- Provide product demonstrations and upsell relevant items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
- Answer customer questions via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout processes and minimal wait times

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers
- Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising principles, and retail operations is a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
