Duties

- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process customer transactions accurately and swiftly
- Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages following established recipes
- Serve food items with professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring proper food handling and safety standards
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, coffee station, and dining space in accordance with food safety guidelines




- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed to support efficient service during busy periods

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk between stations, and lift moderate loads when necessary
