Collaborating closely with development leads, you will integrate reliability into every layer of the software lifecycle. You will also be pivotal during major incidents, establishing a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and technically develop Site Reliability Engineers
- Drive metrics, dashboards, and automation initiatives
- Serve as the Tier 2 escalation for major incidents
- Lead blameless postmortem and improvement efforts
- Establish reliability standards with exceptional metrics Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years in SRE, DevOps, or cloud roles
- Expertise with Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Strong background in CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
- Proficient in UNIX/Linux configurations and debugging
