What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our clinical team, you will:

- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for patient care
- Assist dentists with a variety of clinical procedures, including restorative, orthodontic, pediatric, and general dentistry
- Take high-quality dental radiographs and support digital workflows as required
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using dental practice management software
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their appointments
- Provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions and confidently answer patient questions within your scope
- Educate patients about oral health, recommended treatment, and ongoing care
- Support productive patient flow and help keep the clinical schedule running smoothly




- Collaborate with the entire dental team to create an exceptional patient experience
- Assist with reception, scheduling, and other administrative responsibilities when additional team support is needed

What We’re Looking For You are a Certified Dental Assistant and graduate of an accredited dental assisting program who takes pride in providing excellent patient care.

Ideally, you also bring:

- Experience working in a busy dental practice
- Confidence using dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Cleardent, PowerPractice, Tracker, or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention, sterilization, and clinical protocols
- Experience with digital dentistry and dental technology
- Orthodontic and/or pediatric experience, which would be considered an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- The ability to anticipate what is needed and stay one step ahead
- A calm, compassionate approach with patients
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the success of the entire team
