SOUTHLAND is looking for friendly, safety-focused, and skilled Charter Drivers to join our team on a part-time basis. If you enjoy being on the road, meeting recent people, and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Our Charter Drivers play a critical role in delivering safe, reliable, and enjoyable transportation experiences for schools, community groups, sports teams, corporate clients, and special events.

Shifts can include days, evenings, weekends and overnights.

What You'll Do:

- Safely transport passengers to and from charter destinations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Provide outstanding customer service to passengers and clients
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle appearance
- Adhere to all company policies and transportation regulations
- Represent our company with professionalism and pride
- Assist with school runs as needed

What We're Looking For:

- Valid Class 1 or 2 driver's licence preferred; will provide license upgrade training for other classes
- Clean driver's abstract (3 demerits or less) and strong safety record




- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Map reading and navigation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous passenger transportation experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
