Job Summary

We are seeking a self-driven, innovative Chinese-speaking Marketing Specialist to join our Medical Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that bring in patients for all our services. and support our medical clinic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across various digital platforms, utilizing a broad skill set to optimize marketing campaigns and analyze performance metrics.

The Marketing

Specialist will play a key role in managing digital content, conducting market research, and leveraging advertising tools to reach student populations effectively.

Duties

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms in both Mandarin and English
- Increase brand awareness by conducting social media posts across platforms, including Xiaohongshu / Rednote
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize SEO techniques to improve website visibility and organic search rankings using tools like Google Analytics and WordPress.
- Create compelling visual content using graphic design software for social media, websites, and promotional materials.




- Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and engagement.
- Maintain knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and track expenditures to ensure productive use of resources.

Preferred Experience

- Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing social media advertising
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools is desirable.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to derive actionable insights that inform marketing strategies.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5T 1G7
