We’re hiring experienced Class 1A Drivers looking for steady work and a long-term fit. For drivers interested in year-round employment, we are also looking for people willing to train on graders and loaders for our winter snow removal operations.

What You’ll Do
- Operate Class 1 semi-trucks with end-dump and belly-dump trailers
- Haul sand and gravel throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Accurately maintain timesheets, load counts, scale tickets, hours of service and fuel records
- Safely transport and unload materials




- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers and other drivers
- Keep equipment clean and well maintained
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable transportation regulations
- For interested candidates: train to operate graders and/or loaders for winter snow removal shifts

What You Bring
- Valid Manitoba Class 1A Driver’s Licence
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Minimum 2 years gravel hauling experience
- Minimum 2 years end-dump experience
- Familiarity with Winnipeg and surrounding routes
- Clear spoken and written English
- Willingness to diversify your skills and take on different work
- Interest in winter grader or loader training is strongly preferred
- Previous snow removal, heavy equipment or water truck experience is an asset
