We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks or report issues requiring specialized repair services
- Support team efforts during busy periods or special events by providing additional cleaning assistance as required
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods
